Styles and skin options
Let your agent restyle a skin (Simple, Balanced, Graphic, Strong shading) or prepare several options to choose from.
Style suggestions
After your agent finished a request, the agent column offers style directions for the skin. Picking one sends it as your next request, and the agent restyles the skin in that direction:
| Style | ID for agents | Look |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | minimal | Few, flat color tones. |
| Balanced | soft | Gentle shading. |
| Graphic | graphic | Bold, high-contrast shapes. |
| Strong shading | detailed | Stepped shading with more depth. |
Applying a style simplifies related colors and adds stepped shading to the existing texture. It is one undoable step: undo before trying another style to compare. Transparency and unused texture pixels are kept.
Agents apply styles with the apply_style tool. Besides the four presets, an agent can use a custom style with its own shading, number of color steps (1–8) and contrast.
Several options at once
You can ask for alternatives, for example "show me three versions of this armor". The agent prepares each option as its own skin with its own history (prepare_skin_variants), works them out one by one and renders each from the front, back and in perspective. The options appear above the dock; open them to compare and keep the one you like.
Writing good style requests
- Name the mood and the material: "weathered leather, warm browns, soft shading".
- Mark the part you mean before you send the request.
- Ask for a render: "show me the back too" – the agent can render the skin from any side.
